We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Oversized or handcrafted pieces may incur a 20% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.
- MEOM covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, customers cover shipping costs.
- To start a return, contact support@meomdecor.com within 48 hours if your order arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
